項目概況： 該項目為龍巖萬達廣場的住宅樣板間和公共部分裝飾工程。
龍巖萬達廣場是萬達集團在福建開發(fā)建設(shè)的第十座萬達廣場，同時也是龍巖第一個大型城市綜合體，
項目總建筑面積約73萬平方米，總投資額近50億元。項目集大型商業(yè)中心、五星級酒店、甲級寫字樓
、大型娛樂中心、城市步行街、SOHO辦公六大業(yè)態(tài)于一體，引入萬達百貨、萬達影城、大歌星KTV、
大玩家超樂場、大型商超、品牌快時尚主力店及上百家品牌專營店的進駐。

Briefs: This project is decorations for Wanda model house and public area. Wanda Plaza is the 10th plaza developed by Wanda
Group in Fujian, and it is Longyan’ first urban complex . The total building area is 730,000㎡ with 5 billion investment.
The Plaza combined the shopping mall, five star hotel, Grad-A office, entertainment center, pedestrian mall and SOHO office,
and has attracted Wanda Store, Wanda Film, Big Star KTV, superstore, and fast fashion shop to lauch in the plaza.
