項目概況： 此項目即南科大和深大新校區(qū)拆遷安置項目，產(chǎn)業(yè)園的目標是成為融合生產(chǎn)、教學、
研發(fā)三位一體的國際知識創(chuàng)新村，為高新企業(yè)、科學家、發(fā)明家、學生提供學習與發(fā)展的良好平臺。
項目位于南山區(qū)大學城片區(qū)留仙大道與學苑大道之間，用地面積14.2萬平方米，規(guī)劃總建筑面積52.8
萬平方米，總投資21億元。

The project is located between Liuxian Rd. an Xueyuan Rd in the University City, the occupied area is 142,000㎡ and
building area 528,000㎡, total investment is 2.1 billion.
